Legal & General Compliance

  • We operate in accordance with applicable Surinamese laws, public safety regulations, and child protection standards
  • All equipment is used for private and organized events only
  • Services are provided under our management, unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if safety rules are violated

Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver clean, well-maintained, and inspected equipment
  • Provide trained personnel to operate and supervise hired equipment
  • Set up equipment according to manufacturer and safety guidelines
  • Brief clients and users on safe use rules before operation
  • Monitor equipment during use when supervision is included
  • Carry appropriate business and liability coverage (where applicable)

Client / Parent / Organizer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details (location, duration, age group, number of users)
  • Ensure adult supervision is present at all times
  • Follow instructions given by our personnel
  • Ensure children use equipment only as intended
  • Prevent misuse, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior
  • Be responsible for guests’ conduct

Child Safety Rules

  • Equipment use is age and size restricted
  • No sharp objects, food, drinks, or shoes on inflatable equipment
  • No pushing, fighting, climbing, or rough play
  • Children with medical conditions must be declared in advance
  • We may stop an activity if safety is at risk

Equipment Use & Protection

  • Equipment must remain at the agreed location only
  • No relocation or modification without written approval
  • Equipment must not be exposed to fire, water damage, sand, or sharp surfaces
  • Client is liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Loss, theft, or damage may result in repair or replacement charges

 

Weather & Environment

  • Outdoor equipment use depends on safe weather conditions
  • We may suspend service due to rain, strong wind, or unsafe terrain
  • No refunds for weather-related interruptions beyond our control

Payments, Cancellations & Liability

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required
  • Cancellations must follow our stated cancellation policy
  • We are not liable for injuries caused by rule violations or misuse
  • Clients agree to indemnify our business against claims arising from improper use

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Conduct

  • Unsafe behavior
  • Aggression toward staff
  • Alcohol or substance influence near children’s equipment.
  • Non-compliance may lead to immediate termination

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment is required to confirm bookings
  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event
  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
  • No refunds for weather-related interruptions beyond our control
  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • Deposits are refundable only if no damage or loss occurs

This policy applies to all local and diaspora bookings.

  • Activities may be paused or stopped to maintain safety

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its services due to events beyond reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or orders
  • Power outages

  • Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • Services may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled
