Who is Lil Bigness
Lilbigness falls under the umbrella of ‘Het Klein Groot Initiatief’ and is a group of youngsters who decided, a few years ago, to spend their free time usefully, rather than wasting it on less constructive activities. Together they are using this spare time to learn, and put all they have learned into practice for the benefit of themselves, others and society in general.
How Did We Start
Before being called Lilbigness this group of youngsters was just an online academic study group. Here they’ve gathered knowledge of different subjects that are not being taught in schools, some of which are of great importance in their day-to-day lives. Information and practices that assist in overcoming challenges and struggles that they will face in life
What was the motivation
It all started when one young person was asked the question, ‘How do you see your future’. And his long answer provided evidence of how serious he was in reaching his goal but also how little he knew about what it would take to get there. The questioner then instructed him online about the things he needed to know.
Shortly after covid appeared and children’s education came to a halt it was decided to add more children to these classes and to also train them in important subjects such as; sociology, the economy, law and business strategy, all of which they are employing in what they are doing now
Our Purpose & Aims
The purpose of LilBigness is to tap into the potential of children, to position themselves in order to use their gifts skilfully. They are continuously learning about self, others and the maxim that Together, Each, Achieves, More (TEAM) and to build a better aligned future for themselves. Also is is to help them become responsible, self-sufficient and independent and individual. And most important to set a good example for coming generations and for the betterment of society as a whole.
Our Main Target
We are targeting eager youngsters with willing and supportive parents to help them develop the various skills that are required to function successfully within a team and as individuals. This, for the benefit of the wider society and as an inspiring role model for succeeding generations.
Our Products
To begin with our main product is the team which provides the services which will make the other products possible. These are services such as parties and entertainment events, social projects, religious projects, sales, education and actualities.
The Founders
Those who have helped us along the way, don’t like to be called ‘our founders’, since they believe that WE are the foundation layers of this project. We are being credited with it because we grabbed the idea and ran with it up to this point. However, we believe that those who helped us are deserving of that title because many other adults, throughout the years, didn’t really make much effort in believing in us. These were the only ones, trusting us enough to put in so much of their, time, effort and funding into us. We were not easy at times, but they exercised high levels or patience and determination to get us through the challenges that come with the beginning of something that is capable to become great. Therefore, we highly appreciate their qualitative and quantitative contribution to this outcome and are forever thankful to have them as our backbone.
Our Legality
LilBigness is a legally listed company, in the register of Suriname Kamer v Koop Handel.
Furthermore, we passed the scrutiny of (B.O.G.) and have been found hygienically fit to serve food products to the public.
Also important to know is that all the individuals in our team are child friendly, with no criminal convictions relating to misconduct with children.
