Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosingĀ LilBiGnessĀ for your special event. Because we deal with both physical product sales and specialized event hiring services, our policies differ depending on the service provided.Ā 


1. Hire Items & Event Services

Due to the nature of event hiring, booking slots are reserved exclusively for you.

  • Booking Deposit:Ā A non-refundable booking deposit ofĀ [20%]Ā is required to secure your date.
  • Cancellation 14+ Days Before Event:Ā You may cancel or reschedule (subject to availability) up to 14 days before the event for a full refund,Ā minusĀ the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation 7–14 Days Before Event:Ā A 50% refund of the total booking fee (minus the deposit) will be provided.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Event:Ā No refunds can be issued, as the items have been reserved and prepared, and booking slots cannot be re-sold.
  • Damaged/Missing Items:Ā Items must be returned in the same condition as hired. A security deposit ofĀ [Amount]Ā is held for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required. This will be returned within 3 days after the items are inspected upon return.Ā 

2. Sale Items (Physical Party Goods)

If you purchased items (e.g., from our online shop, decorations, party favors etc..), the following applies:

  • Return Window:Ā Returns are accepted withinĀ 14 daysĀ of receiving your order.
  • Condition:Ā Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:Ā For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons, customized/personalized items, or face paint.
  • Return Shipping:Ā Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.Ā 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If a hire item is faulty at the start of the hire period, or a sale item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately atĀ info@lilbigness.comĀ withinĀ 24 hoursĀ with photographs.

  • Hire Item:Ā We will attempt to replace the item. If not possible, a partial or full refund for that specific item will be issued.
  • Sale Item:Ā We will provide a replacement or a full refund.Ā 

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (for sale items) or collected (for hire items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment withinĀ 5-7 business days
